PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") is in the process of responding to a Request for Proposal from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for RFP 287-10 - SERVICES TO IMPLEMENT MAXIMO 7.X FOR ENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGEMENT, due April 12th, 2010.
We are seeking MBE, WBE, and OBE companies to participate in the proposal process and project with us. The description of work outlined in the RFP is as follows:
1) Support with technical review of Maximo architecture
2) Assistance with business process analysis:
a) Business/Functional knowledge of water system design and operations
b) Business/Functional knowledge of power system design and operations
c) Business/Functional knowledge of asset management practices
3) Change Management support of a Maximo 7.X implementation:
a) Organizational change management activities in support implementation and business processes transformation
b) Implementation training activities
4) Project Management; Provide assistance in the support of a Program Management Office for the implementation of a Maximo 7.X implementation
5) Application Implementation support or a Maximo 7.X implementation:
a) Maximo application Functional knowledge
b) Maximo application Technical knowledge
c) Maximo application Configuration support
d) Maximo application Integration support
6) Technical Support:
a) Assistance with data conversion and migration activities from Maximo 4.1 to Maximo 7.X
b) Assistance with Interface development for Maximo 7.X using JCAPS and Maximo MEA
c) Assistance with testing activities for the implementation of Maximo 7.X
