YOUR ASSISTANCE IS REQUESTED. PLEASE MAKE YOUR MEMBERS AWARE OF THIS PROJECT. HPS Mechanical, Inc. is bidding as a Prime contractor for the above referenced project. The work involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and construction for the replacement of all cast iron water mains currently in service areas within the Peninsula Community Plan Area. This project includes the construction of approximately 8,755 linear feet of replacing existing 12-inch, 10-inch, 8-inch and 6-inch sewer mains, and the replacement of approximately 10,166 linear feet of existing 12-inch, 8-inch and 6-inch water mains and all other work and appurtenances. It also includes installing curb ramps and street resurfacing; all other work and appurtenances in accordance with specification number 4267 and drawings numbered 32261-1-D through 32261-37-D, inclusive. We are seeking assistance/bids/quotations from certified Minority (MBE), Woman (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), Small (SBE) and all Other Business Enterprise (OBE) subcontractors and suppliers for the items as listed below:
Demolition, Trucking, Bedding and Backfill Dewatering, Erosion and Sediment Control, Street Sweeping Traffic Control, Portable Changeable Message Sign Water Pollution Control Plan Archeological and Paleontological Mitigation, Curation, Sampling and Analysis Videotaping of Pre-Existing Conditions AC Paving, Crack Sealing, Patching and Base; Pavement Fabric for AC Overlay Concrete - pavement, sidewalks, curbs, gutters (removal/replacement Manholes (rehabilitation/replacement/installation) Fire Hydrants (removal and/or abandonment) HAZ Handling (treatment/disposal of contaminated groundwater and disposal of non-friable asbestos cement pipe)
HPS mechanical, Inc. will help with bonding for subcontracts in excess of $100,000. Assistance with obtaining plans, Insurance or lines of credit is available if requested. Please respond prior to bid date and when submitting bids, please provide any certification you may have.
