NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Los Angeles Community College District (“District”) invites design-build entities as defined by Education Code Section 81701 (c) (“Design-Build Entities”) to respond to Request for Qualifications (RFQ).  Interested entities must submit a Statement of Interest to receive an RFQ and any subsequent addenda.  If you have already been pre-qualified with the LACCD Design-Build program and do not wish to change teams then you need not apply.The Statement of Interest form will be made available March 1st, 2010 on the Build-LACCD website in the Design Build tab.Answers to Frequently Asked Questions regarding pre-qualification can also be found in the same location.

Only the following specialty trades will need to prequalify, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Concrete (Parking Structure Category).

Only the following engineers will need to prequalify, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical engineer.
