We are requesting information from businesses that can provide graphic output to Impress Communications for the following LAWA Scenarios. This contract is scheduled for 3 years beginning January 2011 the proposal is due 4/19/2010 at 2pm. All information and pertinent information will be compiled 15 days prior to that date:
Scenario No. 1 Basic construction area removed from public use. The unsightly barricade is a typical plywood construction barricade and stands 8 feet high and 20 feet wide. We will design a wall wrap that will be both aesthetically pleasing and informative. Outsourcing required printing of the wrap 8’x 20’.
Scenario No. 2 A standard escalator or elevator bay is out of commission. Considerably smaller and more personal messaging, graphics, etc., could be used. The barricade is 8 feet high by 6 feet wide. Possible use of Trade Show Material for this requirement 8’ x 6’
Scenario No. 3 Restrooms need to be closed for repairs or renovation. The entrance/exit doors will need to be blocked off from public use, but a structural barricade will not be used. Instead, plastic sheeting will be taped over the doorway. A sign on solid material and some type of stand will be necessary. Suggesting the use of retractable standard signs 4’ x 5’
